CJC-1295 No DAC is a modified GHRH(1–29)-related peptide studied for activation of the pituitary GHRH receptor. Ipamorelin is a growth hormone secretagogue studied primarily as an agonist of the ghrelin or growth hormone secretagogue receptor, GHS-R1a.
GHRH-receptor signaling and GHS-R1a signaling can each influence growth hormone release through distinct but interacting cellular pathways. Using both components in one controlled model allows researchers to examine combined receptor activation, secretory patterns, and downstream growth hormone–IGF-1-axis signaling.
Findings involving either compound alone do not prove synergy, safety, or effectiveness for the combination.
