This Shipping Policy explains how AF Worldwide 3 LLC (“AF Peptides,” “we,” “us”) processes and ships orders of research products. All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only and are not intended for human or animal consumption.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to United States only. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered may be lawfully imported and received at the destination address.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders are shipped via UPS. Estimated transit times are 2-3 business days after dispatch. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Handling and Storage

Products are packaged to maintain stability during transit. Upon delivery, products must be stored according to the conditions on the product label and applicable lot documentation.

6. Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for carrier tracking information to update.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@afpeptides.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date. Claims are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Incorrect Addresses

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
