Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to products purchased from AF Worldwide 3 LLC (“AF Peptides,” “we,” “us”). All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only and are not intended for human or animal consumption.
1. General Policy
Because our products are sensitive research compounds whose integrity depends on proper handling and storage, we are unable to accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored products. Please review your order carefully before purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@afpeptides.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund: products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used; products with broken seals; products stored outside recommended conditions.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting support@afpeptides.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is subject to this policy.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Lost or Undelivered Shipments
Claims for lost or undelivered shipments are handled together with our Shipping Policy. Contact support@afpeptides.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
